This year, the Pain Toolkit is celebrating its 20th anniversary! As the brainchild of Pete Moore, someone who has lived with pain for many years, the concept for the Pain Toolkit began as an article for an earlier version of the CHANGE PAIN website.

From the initial Pain Toolkit brochure, which offers a set of 12 tools to help and aid in pain self-management for people who live with chronic pain, the pain toolkit website now offers various workshops, webinars and a tailored suite of resources. You can visit the Pain Toolkit website here – be sure to keep a look out for upcoming content that celebrates its 20th anniversary.

In collaboration with Pete Moore, we developed a CHANGE PAIN Chronic Pain Toolkit email series. It aims to provide handy tips and skills, in the form of infographics and videos, on ways to self-manage pain. Check it out here.

And, hot off the press, CHANGE PAIN will be releasing a Neuropathic Pain Toolkit email series in the coming months, which will include animations, videos and more, specifically tailored to people who live with neuropathic pain – watch this space.
